This joystick was developed by a British company called Konix. The controller looks like a great joystick to have for playing all your favorite games; but in reality, it is rather annoying to use.

The controller is held with your right hand and your index and middle fingers operate and A and B buttons, while the left hand operates the joystick and the start/select buttons. This seems simple enough, but it’s more frustrating than it is worth.

Like most joysticks, this one has rapid-fire settings, but the buttons that control this seem to wear out over time, making you press the button harder each time you use it.

Overall, the Epyx 500XJ is a cool looking joystick but nothing beyond that.
