This odd controller accessory was created by unknown sources sometime during the NES’s lifespan. There is a small hatch at the back of the controller that opens the casing. A regular NES controller can then be inserted into the casing for “improved” gameplay. A strange joystick like knob overlays the D pad and creates a joystick effect. Despite its name, this accessory really isn’t too super.
